A look into the role Reporting to the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager you will help to lead the store team to provide a shopping experience that exceeds our customers expectations and makes a difference in the local community.? As?Team Leader?you will: Alongside the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager - leading the store team to follow store policies, standards and practices.? Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders (includes keyholder responsibility). You will be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role and a P250 Post Office check will be required from the sucessful candidate.
